Sniffventure Day Camp
what is a "sniffventure day camp"?
For the Love of Dog's Sniffventure Day Camp is specially designed by Certified Professional Dog Trainer and Certified Canine Enrichment Technician, Casey Hallenbeck.
Casey understands the unique needs of dogs and how to best enrich their lives. Our mission is to help dogs live their happiest, most fulfilled lives while helping you, their guardians, to help build stronger bonds, find easy and fun ways to engage with them, and enjoy opportunities to watch your dog have fun and do what dogs were meant to do!
For the Love of Dog's Sniffventure Day Camp is located at our center at 259 Front Street, Lincoln, RI.
more than the average dog daycare
Typical dog daycares focus on quantity, some daycares can have up to 50+ dogs in one group with just one person. Most times these staff have minimum knowledge on dog behavior and safety precautions.
Our Sniffventure Day Camp only accepts up to 6 dogs a day to attend. This is to ensure each dog gets plenty of attention and the safety and security they need. Dogs are supervised by Certified Professional Dog Trainer and Certified Canine Enrichment Technician, Casey Hallenbeck.
Small class size, a safe environment, a staff of canine behavior experts plus a thoughtful curriculum is what sets our Day Camp program apart.
Thoughtful curriculum
We provide your dogs with fun activities that engage both their bodies and minds. Dogs work on puzzles, games, and activities that build confidence, improve body awareness, teach problem solving and reinforce polite manners.
Dogs are encouraged to sniff, run, jump, socialize, work, and play in safe, fun, appropriate ways.
We practice calming exercises, teach dogs how to settle and lower arousal levels. We always reinforce polite manners including sitting, taking turns, waiting at gates, and more.
We love exposing the dogs in our care to as many new experiences, smells, tastes, sights, and textures as we can as these opportunities together provide a full spectrum of experiences that will build confidence, enhance their days, expand their minds and strengthen their bodies.
